Hi loves, I hope you are all enjoying the sunshine and longer days as much as me. My winter self is warming and my spring time inspiration and joy is slowing coming back. The vernal equinox is officially tomorrow and even with all of the deeply saddening events occurring globally, I am really looking forward to the year to come. It feels like a really rebellious act to allow softness, ease and joy into our lives at a time like this, but I believe with strength, love and steadfastness we can all be the rebels we need to be during this time.
Beyond my normal studio programming we have some cute things happening this Spring, with lots of information attached below. As always I am here for each of you in the studio to make space for comfort, relaxation, healing and lightness in all the ways I know how. I hope to see each of you this Spring for some moments of contectedness, healing, and light.
