A morning meditation with decaf coffee
Coffee and its gorgeous ritual is non-negotiable for me, however my anxiety has been high over the past month and I know my caffeine intake is not helping. So I am planning to switch caffeinated for decaf. A small, simple change that I hope begins to help my nervous system start to self regulate.
Adding a short, simplistic meditation with my decaf coffee each morning.
Using the tools I already have - my Oura Ring app and a sunlit room with a yoga block, I am going to gift myself just a few minutes each morning to sit, ground and breathe into my body. My goal is anywhere from 2-5 minutes daily.
